Frequently asked questions
We prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to offer a flexible return policy. We accept returns on in-stock items provided that the packaging is undamaged. However, please note that we do not accept returns on special order items or safety equipment. For certain items, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will offer either an exchange or an in-store credit which expires in 6 months. Please ensure all returns meet these criteria to facilitate a smooth process.
Orders made before 12pm Monday to Friday will leave that day.
Please remember we do sell at race meetings and events so this means shipping might be affected on Monday's Tuesday's & Fridays depending on our travel schedule.
Calling us before the order is placed will help us with your package if urgent.
If the item is not in stock it will be shipped asap once it arrives in store.
Once the ordered is shipped we are not able to upgrade your shipping.
